I had a helper for father's day - willingly assisting with the assembly of the second and final bench for our new IKEA outdoor setting.

Right now I'm sitting here feeling sorry for myself with a bruised foot (result of yesterday's training; not the two hours of it, not the jumps, not the stamps... just once putting my foot down slightly awkwardly), awaiting in-laws, having finished a most-bizarre book: Hard-boiled Wonderland and the End of the World, by Haruki Murakami. Most-excellent, but most-bizarre. I can't really describe it, but you should read it.
