Chasewater Wakeboarding

The weather forecast suggested an early start so I headed up towards Chasewater before the rain came.  

I doubt there is much wake boarding taking place at the moment.  Signs are out warning about blue-green algae affecting the lake.  Such a shame.  One thing bothers me though.  If this algae causes such problems how come the water birds present this morning are not affected?
