Back blip - Dem Dry Bones

This photo shows the partial skeleton of an ancient Archelon- ruler turtle. It was one of several displays of prehistoric artifacts we saw at the Bismarck, ND Heritage Center. North Dakota is known for its dinosaur excavations. They had a T-Rex tooth - how cool is that! Never imagined I'd see actual dinosaur parts. We were only able to visit a few minutes because it was almost time for our riverboat cruise down the Missouri River. The weather was perfect for an enjoyable ride. Another fantastic day for my hubby and me.
