Leviathan from the Deep

We had all had enough of sand getting everywhere so collectively opted to stay around the villa today and not go to the beach. It turned out to be a very relaxed day indeed and we lost all track of time so breakfast was nearer to midday and lunch finished just before 5! We had some fun making up names for our meals ..... linner (lunch + dinner) and dunch (dinner + lunch) for example.

We have had a great week overall but all good things come to an end. Today was also time to sort out the villa and pack the bags for our flight home tomorrow; this neighbourhood will return to its usual state of peace and calm and we will take the mayhem back to the UK.

The children prepared a 'Water Show' to display their skills in the pool.  Anna performing her acrobatics (she really should get involved in syncronised swimming and Emily showing her overall excellence; Sophie has been working very hard at going underwater and excelled herself today - she has been reluctant to put her face in the water but has persisted.  Today she was right under and swimming a few strokes as well - a great achievement.  My blip is Sophie coming up for air!
