Pier Piles

Anyone watching me take this picture under Southwold Pier this afternoon would have been quite amused by my antics. The wind was gusting hard with the waves pounding in between the piles under the pier whilst I was running forwards infront of an annoying pipe, taking a shot then belting backwards up the shingle to avoid getting soaked; numerous times!! Visions of being taken by the wash crossed my mind but all was well much to the relief of Hubs who stood back at a safe distance ....!!!
