Daily Dog Walk

A few minutes away is a quiet little lane bordered on one side by a river  (Ravens beck) which tumbles down in a series of cascades and impressive pools to the mature river Eden. Gn the other side a wood flanks the lane which is home to pheasant, a myriad of  songbirds and hunters, badger and deer..  And then further on is a slight rise and the country lane opens out  with far reaching views of the Pennines and Cross Fel
