I felt better after having seen my sis last night so I determined to get off my bum today and do some excercise. An hour on the treadmill and a walk around the park really helped. The hubs seemed to have turned a page in his own heath chapter because he decided to join me and it was nice to be able to enjoy the animal and insect world with him. The plan is a daily walk and I like that plan!
