Monarch?

It was good to be home for the day off - We were able to get some of the things done for the week ahead - it is very difficult to travel during the school year.  Weekends are really times for catching up.

This wonderful caterpillar was on the bush by the deck.  Is it a monarch?  It really seems to have the markings... I'm very pleased to have seen it.
