PISSOIR

Guess you could call this a "Port-a-Pissoir" from the lug on the top...

I noticed this artefact a few times on my way to the Metro, but I never sussed its significance until I saw it in use this morning!

Pissoirs were supressed in Belgium in the early '80's as being non-pc - guess they still get away with it on building sites - brilliant!!

They have Port-a-Loos a-plenty around the new Astro Tower, but the pissoir gets the cigar :o)
