Better hearings

In Glasgow today to chair a workshop on how to improve experiences of children and young people in the children's hearings system and think about specifying what all should expect from their involvement in the system.

Some great enthusiasm, despite the challenges we face. Lots of issues around training and culture change. But if we don't start to address the complexities we'll never begin to shift the exeriences for the better.
