Plan A was to go to Rendlesham Forest with R&K&thekids for a cycle ride and a picnic. Plan B was to cycle from ours to The Compasses for a pub lunch.

Reality was us and R&thekids cycling to The Compasses to be welcomed by a "Closed till Further Notice" note on the door, going to The Swan to be served a drink by really unfriendly people & having a braai at ours.

At least the weather was good, a bit cool, but dry.
