We've been told off this morning for cycling on the pavement. The foot path are overgrown and the Council deny all responsiblility. (I cut off bramble shoots & nettles on my way back a few weeks ago, but all had grown back). Checking on the Council's cycle routes, bicycles are not allowed on the only road from us into town. Last week during the night some low life tried to cut through both my bicylce chains, which are left at work. Sometimes wonder why we bother.

Had beef flat rib & pasta rice for supper.
