Rental Garden!

This is the garden adjoins mine to the rear which is completely overgrown. The tenant, a nice lady, was told when she took over the property 'oh don't bother about the garden' and so she hasn't as it is divorced from her cottage. It has now become derelict but she now needs somewhere to erect a shed to store a couple of bicycles. The Buddleja has a trunk of about 9" in old money and is overhanging my garden by about 12'! I asked if I could cut it down and she readily agreed as she can't as it sets off her hay fever so I've started and added to the pile! Really the whole area should be razed to the ground but the landlord would never dream of spending the money....!
