I was driving to Mugdock Country Park to meet my friend Moe for lunch when I did a double take on seeing this horse with its faux-giraffe blanket! It made me smile :)

It was a beautiful hot sunny day, so Mugdock was hoaching! There are lots of walks and trails, a children's playground and a garden centre, two cafés and two little craft shops. It's a popular place all year round, but especially so on a day like today.

The village of Strathblane sits in the dip between these fields and the Campsie Hills in the background.
