Let It Rain.

The sugar crop waits for rain. Switching on the huge sprinklers ,with water being pumped up from the ground, costs a fortune in fees and state licence on amount of water used. Used only as a last resort. Millions of dollars and thousand of jobs depend on this crop to be successfully harvested in Queensland. The four sugar mills here in the state are Thai owned. The entire amount of sugar is exported, except for the rum factory at Bundaberg.
