rock hard brownie

much needed coffee and cake in town at lunch today, this pecan brownie looked amazing but you can see where a knife has failed to slice it! I struggled to even break it with my hands!


3 days off work now including a day in london tomorrow to go and enjoy the olympic atmosphere!
