London Duck Tour

Lots of photos of a very lovely day in London with Caroline, we went to John Lewis at Westfield to check out the olympic viewing gallery! I hadn't been since April and well now you have to queue (took us 30 mins!) and make a charity donation (fair enough!) it was Caroline's first time and she she enjoyed it, we posed for goofy photos with a stuffed Wenlock then set off to Potters Fields to check out the big screen, then onto Trafalgar Square to see my friend in her London Ambassador role!

Late lunch (and happy hour!) on Southbank and then I treated Caroline to an early birthday present of a Duck Tour! we were sat up the back which actually turned out to be ok as we got panaormic views out the side and out the back when we rolled up the window, took sooooo many photos but I like this as it captures some key sights and I learnt that Lambeth Bridge is red to represent the House of Lords and Westminster Bridge is green for the House of Commons.

we then went back to Potters Fields by Tower Bridge for a picnic feast with Caroline's twin George and big screen viewing of the Olympic events including the pretty awesome mens 200m. Happened to bump into Matt and Emilie on the train home and had a very entertaining journey back and a lift home! thanks guys!
