... we are looking for. Today I've been to day one of a two day Entoloma Workshop at Longshaw. For the uninitiated, an Entoloma is a pink-spored grassland mushroom. For the most part, they are not very exciting to look at, unlike their colourful neighbours, the Waxcaps. This is the stem and gills of a Parrot Waxcap.
