The end of a lovely day

It shone! Today the sun shone - it was a glorious day! So the shorts, t-shirts and sunhats were put on and Ethan and I drove through to Glasgow to meet up with a group of friends and their children.

First off was lunch at Kelvingrove with Caroline and her children Jack and Tom, and Frances with her children Lyla and Lucy. We were then joined by Shona and her wee boy Ruaridh and Jo with her sons Jamie, Zach and Ben. Quite a crowd! As it was so nice, after a quick wander round some of the museum, we headed outdoors to Kelvingrove Park. And wow was it busy! Much busier than our local parks and hard to keep track of the kids when they were darting around so much. So didn't get much of an opportunity to chat to my pals whilst we were there.

A lovely day though and Ethan enjoyed cuddles with Lyla just before we left. I wonder if he remembers getting baby cuddles from her when they were both tiny!
