Cruise control

A 06.30 10 miler allowed me to say my goodbyes to the lovely Vancouver. I've never been to a more laid back city where everyone gets on with each other. The only controversy & moment of tension in 4 days came when a car hooted the vehicle in front because the lights had changed.. other than that? Nothing, nothing at all.

This photo was taken mid run down by the harbour as a huge cruise ship left Vancouver for Alaska. It was just me and this boat, full of 2,000 people, at that time in the morning. Lovely

Off to Seattle, a much harder & tougher city, we've found already but it's nice to be back in the US. Onto another hop on / off bus tour tomorrow and to watch the Seahawks v Dolphins in the NFL
