No wonder there are no birds about?

This is our elderly family Cat,called Pickles.
  When the weather is warm.She takes to sleeping on the conservatory roof under the overhanging tree branches!
  She isn't after the birds.She just likes the shade.
But I wonder if she realizes how hot that roof is on her belly?    lol
