Great Tit.

It was nice to see a different species of small bird in the garden this Morning.
  As with most 'Tit Mice', they came through in a flash,accompanied by a squadron if Blue Tits.
  They rummaged through the shrubs searching out insects.While the Blue Tits were quite happy to feed on the plentiful supply of peanuts in the feeders! The extra shot shows a G/T rooting through the Lichen for hidden grubs?

Great Tits aren't the easiest of birds to photograph in low light.
  With black eyes on a black head.You really do need some light in the eyes? Here we have captured just a hint?
