Young People's Board

One piece of advice given by fellow blipper Feorlean who is celebrating 6 years of blips - congratulations - is to look up.

I did so today on my way back from a meeting in the Scottish Children's Reporter Adminstration offices in Bell Street. We had finished our monthly meeting on developing a Young People's Board for the Children's Hearings system: see extra (NB none of the biscuits were eaten!) more complex than you might think at first blush, especially if the Board is to be meaningful and influential and represent young people's views from across Scotland.

This view of the buildings and skyline of Glasgow shows the spire of Hutchesons Hall.

The evening, as the sun fell on a balmy Edinburgh, involved shifting 90 slabs and 800kgs of sharp sand. Must be good for something, if not my back.
