We found them!!

The Wreath flower, see more info here, is a rarely seen wildflower but an amazing one!!  
We had heard that this was the best season for many years so travelled to the little known area of Pindar in the Murchison. We couldn't believe our eyes - all along the roadside for about 500 metres were the wreaths, just as though they had been laid for a funeral. (except for all the tourists enjoying the sight.  They love the disturbed soil where the graders have been. (See extras). This is the only area in Australia that these plants can be found. Stunning!!
