One step at a time ...

We were just going out when we had a call from a local vets saying that Dylan had been found injured by the road and bought into them by someone who very kindly scooped him up and did the right thing; they had identified him from his microchip and called us. After that it was all a bit emotional rollercoaster but it seems like he is going to be okay. They are keeping him in overnight. Very difficult day for The Dizzle and Top Gun who rushed back from work to make sure he was okay. 

We walked a lot today - maybe because we needed to. Exhausted ourselves  in fact. Went up to MIT and Harvard,  and found the place very calming. As well as lovely grounds some of the buildings are lovely. 

Walked back. Ate fish and chips across the road from hotel in a place called Legal Fish. Portions here are obscenely big but the fish was fresh and tasty even if the fries were average. 

Aching all over tonight ...
