Still here.

It seems to have been a poor year for butterflies here in the north west.

But this morning we went to spend a gift token at a garden centre which we visit only rarely. They have a large permanently planted area of perennials and in ten minutes I saw more butterflies than in the whole of the rest of the summer.

And Painted Ladies have arrived.
