The Gate to Paradise?

On a perfect morning like today that is not far from the truth. Especially with new boots which are the most comfortable I have ever owned.

This gate is one of several leading down to the lower slopes of Arnside Knott. The Lake District National Park can be see through the haze across the Kent Estuary.

There was a time in life when I wanted to go to many exotic places round the world. Now? Well this will do quite well.
