National Museum of Scotland

Our last full day in Edinburgh was spent mostly at the National Museum of Scotland where I captured this view of the Scott Monument through the second story window. We planned for a couple of hours, but the museum’s size and number of exhibits kept us enthralled for half a day. And all for free!The only thing that got us to finally leave was hunger, which we satisfied at a neighboring pub.
