Alexandre III bridge, Paris

The most exuberant bridge over the river Seine in Paris.

It was commissioned to celebrate the 1892 Franco-Russian alliance.  Its foundation stone was laid in 1896 by Nicholas II (son of Alexander III) who would be the last of the Russian Tsars.
