Who would have thought it!

I set off for Dorset  on Sunday morning and found this oleander growing on a house in Hampton. I must admit that I didn't expect it to be so hardy - and it's obviously been there a long time!

I did knock first, but at 10 on a Sunday  morning the inhabitants were probably still asleep with the curtains drawn - so I took a picture anyway!
