Bird-seed
My photographic mojo is at a low ebb, fairly typical for this time of year, so all I managed to snatch was a shot of the ripening seeds of this Broomcorn Millet, a bird-seed alien that's grown into quite a magnificent plant.
Today Alex started his traineeship at Froglife, making mornings even more complicated. Although their office is in Peterborough, it's a bit far to walk and requires two buses to get there. I dropped him off after a very easy journey as the roads were unusually quiet because of Eid.
Ben had a frustrating day at college. Having been given his timetable last Wednesday, it's now completely changed. It's also become apparent that there is currently no tutor assigned to two of his three Computer Science slots, which really isn't good enough in his A Level year. The college were supposed to be interviewing a candidate today, but he didn't turn up. So far only one person has applied, which doesn't bode well...
