Rugged Oregon

300 miles covered today and other than about 12 of those miles that's pretty much the entire coastline of Oregon complete. What a beautiful state though - alpine trees, mountains and the Pacific Ocean. Just over 6hrs of the 102 - a single carriageway straight down the coast with breathtaking views but a lot of Winnebagos.. and we're almost in California at Gold Beach. In just over 4 days that's British Colombia, Washington and Oregon states complete. This photo was taken in one of the many vantage points. What is very clear with the Pacific coastline is how rugged it is with huge rocks scattered about grating these huge waves. Beats Great Yarmouth that's for sure.
