Spotted this at 7.15am on my way to meet the ladies for a walk around St Ives - in fog and mist

Rant Alert!

Camera has been unwell for sometime - zooms when it fancies - slow to turn on and off - have an extended warranty - phoned to ask if camera could be repaired - no - they will buy camera from me at the current market value

Asked if the claim could be done over the phone - no - it has to be done online by downloading the insurers app - then camera posted to them

Couldn't download the app - rang back to see if I could include claim details and purchase receipt when posting camera back to them - no - apparently because I'm English

At this point fog descended in my head and my eyes misted over - will phone them again tomorrow hopefully there will be light and a conclusion
