Moth or butterfly

I can't tell you if this is officially a moth or a butterfly but either way it is pretty. Unfortunately it is also dead. :-(

Saw it laying on the ground right in front of the house when I came home after my lunch out with Birgit. It is that large that it caught my eye!

Had a great lunch out with Birgit and now getting ready to drive down to Sunset Beach. Happy Weekend everyone
