Pocahontas

We said that Debby was our own Pocahontas when she was out there on the paddle board.  It was her first time on a paddle board and she nailed it, even when several power boats went past and created good wakes.

My extra photo is actually a photo that Debby took from the widow's walk at the top of the house.

The weather man was wonderfully wrong and although we had rain Friday afternoon, most of it cleared up so we could truly enjoy being at the water's edge.

We had a great time together.  Shame it was so short.  Thanks so much to Lisa & her mum for allowing us to take over the house for our retreat.
