Monkeying Around!

A visit to the Ubud Sacred Monkey Forest today. This forest contains about 600 Macaque's. They roam freely amongst the trees and the tourists.

Originally this place was set up as a safe place for the monkeys as part of the Hindu religion. There is even a temple for worship.

Somewhere along the line tourists have become involved. Ok so I went and I saw it but I'm not sure I agree with it.

But that's another story......
