Old Spices!

K took this and I thought it worth sharing. She went through the spice cabinet and chucked all the old stuff. The bottles are headed for recycling.
I imagine it's the same everywhere. You need a pinch of something but the smallest package is 3ozs. I can't be bothered converting that for the metric majority. You get the point.
The good news is that, if you're at our place for dinner in the near future, the seasoning will be in tip top condition. If you're unlucky enough to have something cooked by me, I can assure you I'll have a new, and believable, excuse worked up for the occasion.
