Chocolate Bag!

Have gone with Kent on his business trip to Charlotte and tonight at dinner we shared a dessert called a Chocolate Bag!

A bag made of chocolate that is placed on a plate of strawberry sauce and then half filled with white chocolate mousse and the remainder filled with fresh berries. It was pure decadence! Good thing we were sharing as I can't imagine one person eating the whole thing and that is from someone who is a chocoholic and has a super sweet tooth.
