Off grid Chama river trip

We spent 3 days on the Rio Chama with members of the Rivers and Birds of New Mexico board that I am part of.  B got to go along as well, and the photo is of her making breakfast on the first morning.  Such a beautiful river and surrounding area, near Abiquiu, NM, where Georgia O'Keefe lived, and where the gorgeous Monastery of Christ in the Desert is.  Extras are our intrepid leader and gear paddler Doug, a view from the raft, and the blue heron that stayed with us almost the whole trip leading the way down river.
