Rosehips
The day started like most other days, except the sun was shining. Late morning I discovered why the cattle were sounding so loud today, when Him Outdoors discovered a herd of about 10 in our back field. Our neighbour's, obviously decided the grass is greener on our side of the fence. I spent an hour babysitting them whilst waiting for our neighbour to turn up. I'm normally a bit nervous around cattle, as they are rather big. These guys were quite cute with their fluffy teddy bear ears.
In the afternoon I was just taking time out to admire the profusion of rosehips on one of the rose bushes when Him Outdoors came rushing round the corner clutching one of his wellies. My first thought was he'd done himself some damage, but no, there was a bat attached to his boot. Bizarre.
The day finished with a right old sing song down at choir practice.
Looking forward to seeing what tomorrow will bring.
