Polar Bear Memorial

We were back at the National Memorial Arboretum today. We took a lady who could not walk far, and went for a ride on the land train. It was excellent.

This is the Polar Bear Memorial for the 49th Infantry, West Riding Division. It was the first memorial dedicated at the arboretum.
