What Big Teeth You Have!

We had a very enjoyable lunch with friends at Chuckanut Manor, on Chuckanut Drive. Afterwards, we drove over to Edison to see the new art exhibit at the Smith and Vallee Gallery. Of course, I also checked out the wood on sale at the woodworks of the same name -- where I bought the live edge maple slab for our coffee table. I was tempted by the large selection of koa, but managed to restrain myself.

There were several artworks made from recycled odds and ends that I liked -- it was hard to choose a favorite. The runner-up is my extra photo. Only the salmon skin is natural.
