Arriving at Pembroke college, Oxford

Joe is starting his year's MA at Oxford. I arrived at 313 at830 at arranged, they were just finishing breakfast! I was polite and friendly fir a while, then I was told that my messages were not opened , I lost the plot and told my ex to leave me alone using four letter words!!! .
Then I drove joe, plus girlfriend Rainey, down to Oxford. We did 80 mph mostly and made good time. I got a bit a big wet during s short shower whilst unloading, but otherwise it went well.
Then we wandered into town for some lunch , past the main quad of Pembroke college, new and old.
when k decided it was time for me to go, I walked back to the car, and set off, as I drove over the M40 I could see it was blocked or empty, I took a cross country route, had a nap at a service station and arrived home at 8 ish.
