What is this?

It was in the quad yesterday, a very impressive plant.
Today I have driven to Sheffield and back, to collect the last of my junk, but I couldn't quite get the last few things in, so I'll need to go over more time before the weekend, or pay for another month's storage.
The M6/60/56 were car parks, and I was tired, so I took off onto side roads, and had several stops for cups of tea. Missed my book group as a consequence, probably s good thing as I haven't finished the book!!
