MonoMonday140: Culture

Do other animals beside humans have what we call 'Culture'? Do birds pass  along held beliefs and customs on to their young? If another species does indeed embrace a 'Culture' of the own, how would we know? If we could 'know' about it, would we be able to accept and deal with that knowledge?
