Dinner tonight...

Yum... oven baked fresh Wairau River trout on mashed potato and garden salad. Neil, a friend of ours, is a keen fisher. He knows all the good fishing spots and often provides us with fresh trout. It is always a special treat. Thanks Neil!
We ate late tonight as beforehand friend Ricky and I took Maisie for an evening walk. There were lots of dogs, walkers and mountain bikers out enjoying a warm sunny spring evening.
