Level crossing

I had to take my son to Rossington tonight. I rarely go there these days but for six years from 1977-82 it was my patch as a probation officer. At first a thriving coal mining town, then devastated by the pit closures not just loss of work at the pits but all the ancillary industries and service industries. It was a challenging way to get used to the work but very enjoyable.

I found myself stuck on a level crossing still there after all these years so a quick blip was formed.
