Seeing red

Terrible Tuesday strikes again!

The only saving grace was the support from staff; they've been brilliant.

It was a full on afternoon, with almost every patient needing fillings; I did 16 in total!

Then came the patient who you just got the feeling would complain about something.....and they did. Apparently they didn't get the full 20 minutes for their appointment (they did, the computer verified this) and I didn't speak to them.
I actually gave up trying to speak to them as the sound of their voice was seemingly far more important than mine, since they interrupted or talked over everything I tried to say. You can't win em all.

In other news, the car is still on next door's garden; he's phoned the police twice to ask them what's going on and has been told that they've asked the guy to come and collect his UNTAXED car! What an absolute joke.
