Falkirk Wheel

Most enjoyable day out today with a visit to Falkirk to view both the Kelpies and the Wheel, a first for daughter and son-in-law.  Dark grey skies at the Kelpies (which made for some very dramatic shots) gave way to sunshine at the Wheel and we were able to watch boats being raised and lowered too.

As if he wasn't spoiled enough by the carrot cake of yesterday, today daughter made her Dad his favourite cheese scones (see extra).  Lots of Brownie points!!
