Horizontal

I have seen him on street often over the past three years; when he walks, he does quite quickly but mostly he lies horizontal on the sidewalk with his begging cap.  Never seen him smile but he does have a certain fashion sense.  Not very communicative unlike Wally (in the extra) who was today directly across the street.
